Nature is a force to be reckoned with. The trees in this portrait floated along the ocean currents for who knows how long. A storm brought them ashore and here they will lie until another storms re-claims them. This portrait is available for purchase in my online gallery
As I watched the gentle waves come in and go out, I decided to slow the water down to create frothy and silky lines in the water of the foreground. I used a Nikon D850 with 14 x 24 lens, Colorado tripod and ball head, and neutral density filters by Breakthrough Photography.
