I had the pleasure of having Ed Santos on a six hour workshop yesterday. We visited a beautiful beach along the North Shore, Hookipa, and the Bamboo Forest. I posted an image of Ed making a photograph along the rocky shore on Facebook and here I am posting an image I created.
I just love the rocks as a foreground element and also the diagonal line the makes as it goes from the lower left to upper right. I come to this locate a lot as it so very beautiful. And, since the tide, surf, and wind conditions change each day it’s always a bit different.
I am thinking about printing this one for the Maui Art Expo gallery in Maalaea Harbor. This is a new gallery that is featuring my underwater, landscape, and B&W white photography.
